Okay, IHOP must have known I was hungry! Until October 31, you can get all you can eat pancakes at participating IHOP locations! IHOP's Trick or Treat All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes can be ordered a la carte or as part of a combo. Just keep requesting more and they will keep bringing you buttermilk pancakes in a stack of 3 at a time!
