Print out the Buy 1, Get 1 FREE Littlest Pet Shop coupon for a great deal at Toys R Us!
Littlest Pet Shop is B1G1 at Toys R Us this week, using the above coupon you *should* be able to get 2 for FREE!! But, should your store not allow you to do this great deal, try buying 4 and using the coupon. You will still get 4 for the price of 1. Not as good as FREE, but still a great deal!
(Call before you go, because some stores are saying they don't have the B1G1 sale.)

Mt. Dew at Target Deal

So, while perusing my local Target add I spotted a $5 Gift Card wyb 5 12 packs, but they annoyingly put "Come in and check out our sale prices!" instead of a price. (Grr) So, I checked the blogosphere and found that some people are reporting that Pepsi is 5/$15, which makes a good deal, BUT I also spotted a Target coupon for $1/2 Mt. Dew which makes this a REALLY good deal if you are a Mt Dew drinker (as I am) because it will be $1.20 each after 2 coupons and the gift card!

I'm going to try again!
Okay, the baby is 3 months old and basically sleeping well, so I'm not quite as exhausted as I was before! My hats off to all the blogger moms out there who have had babies and just kept blogging! I just couldn't do it!
My goal is to get started finding everyday deals and posting them. I'm not sure that I will be able to do all of my normal stores (especially not this weekend) but I'll try to take baby steps and get back into this. I've missed it and I haven't been deal hunting for myself so my pantry is starting to get bare!
Thanks for hanging in here with me!

Please use the above Thankful Thursday icon, you can grab the code from the bottom of this post. Don't have a blog? That's okay too! Just leave your Thankful Thursday message in the comments section! Thanks for participating! I'm thankful for all of you!
I am thankful that I am felling better, again! We just can't seem to get healthy in this house. My youngest woke up today with a 102 temperature (hence the tardiness of Thankful Thursdays). So, that makes me thankful for insurance!
I am thankful that we have the new floors down in our dining room. They look great and my husband didn't have a screaming fit once while he was laying them!
I am thankful for all of my friends praying for my nephew Little Buddy. His official prognosis seems to be better than the original one, but please continue to keep him and my family in your prayers.
I am thankful that I get to kick off my Christmas Season with a party with my friends this weekend!
So, what are YOU thankful for?

FREE Udder Covers Nursing Cover Again

If you missed it last time, or you just want another one, Udder Covers is running another promo code to get a FREE Nursing Cover. Just go here and select the style you want and use the code Christmas to get $32 off your order. The e-mail I received said that you can get the cover FREE or get $32 off anything else. AND it said you can do this as many times as you want to, just open a new browser each time.
You do have to pay the $8.95 shipping cost, but that is incredibly cheap for a nursing cover! I LOVE the one I got, but I might have to get another so that I have 1 in the diaper bag and 1 at home!

Saving Sherry Update
Sorry! I caught a KILLER cold this weekend! And, my family has had some sad news. My brother and sister-in-law are expecting their 2nd child about 8 weeks after we are due. They just found out on Thursday that they are expecting a boy as well! However, they also found out that he has a severe form of Spina Bifida. Please keep them in your prayers. We are currently praying that the official diagnosis is much less severe than the original diagnosis. With God, all things are possible! Please keep "Little Buddy" and his family in your prayers!

Thanks for participating! I'm thankful for all of you!
I am thankful for blogging breaks! My brain feels so much better after my impromptu break. I couldn't blog last week because I had no internet in the Smokey Mountains and this week I just couldn't bring myself to even LOOK at a deal blog because I was just burned out. After almost 2 full weeks of not blogging and not deal hunting (I know, scary, right?) I'm now back and ready to go again! Aren't breaks nice?
I am thankful my boys are growing up. Even though I would love to keep them small forever, I am thankful that they are growing because that means they are healthy and normal. I am, however, just a little sad that we cut all of Jake's curls off last night in his very first haircut. He looks so much older and EXACTLY like his older brother now.
I am thankful my husband is such a hard worker. He decided that he was going to rip up the carpet and lay down our new floors this weekend (side note: say a prayer for his safety and our sanity!). After the new paint job and new floors I'm going to have a brand new house! It's very exciting!
Finally, I am thankful for pajamas. Aren't they comfy?
What are YOU thankful for?

This week I am thankful for sleep. I'm getting less and less of it as this pregnancy progresses and I am VERY thankful for what I get!
I am thankful for my husband. Monday was our 7 year anniversary! 7 years and 2 and 1/2 boys later and I love him more now than I ever did. He is an amazing man. Even after a long day at work he isn't scared to help out around the house whether that means cleaning, doing the dishes (which he does everyday), folding laundry or taking care of the boys. He tends to draw the line at dirty diapers, but he will even do that too! He even sends me upstairs to our room for "Mommy Time" when he thinks I'm stressed out! He's awesome!
I am thankful for my son's preschool. He learns so much everyday that I would have NEVER thought to tell him about. Yesterday they got to tour a firetruck and a REAL (his word!) fireman read them a book, they had an eye test AND they learned about dinosaur fossils; all in 3 hours! His teachers are amazing!
I am thankful for disposable diapers. On a normal day my nearly 2 year old has 3 or 4 dirty diapers. I can't even imagine the work involved in using cloth diapers for that many dirties everyday! So, THANK YOU so very much to whoever invented them!
I am even thankful for all of the dirty laundry in my house. Even though it seems to add up overnight, it tells me that everyone in my house is healthy and active!
There probably will not be a Thankful Thursdays post next week as I will be out of town in the middle of the mountains with no internet service, so please be sure to participate this week!
So, what are YOU thankful for?

Target Shopping List for the Week of Nov 15

Okay, let's start with the bad news. *sigh* Target has now put a limit on their coupons. You will have to load a program to your computer to be able to print them and you will only be able to print 2 Target coupons per computer before you get the dreaded "print limit reached" message. For now, sites like hotcouponworld still have the old coupons on their generators, but will not be able to post the new coupons. From what I hear, they have greatly increased the size of the coupons and the amount of color on them (similar to the coupons.com coupons). I totally understand why they did this, I really do, it just makes me sad. Here in the Cincinnati area, I like to refer to it as "shelf-clearing central." Sometimes by the time I have posted a deal, the shelves are already cleared. It's annoying, yes, and bad for the company in that when people go there to get deals and they are sold out of them many people leave very unhappy and don't want to shop at that store anymore. I can't tell you the amount of times I've heard customers yelling at employees at various stores because they are out of an advertised product. (I seriously think that some people think the employees sit in the back of the store and make some of this stuff by hand or something, it's ridiculous!) So, that's the bad news, now onto the deals! WAIT!! I forgot! Apparenlty the new Target Coupon Printing System is not compatible with Windows 7, so if you have Windows 7, you will not be able to print them at all. Oh, and there is no more printing from the kiosks at Target. That is gone too. :( Onto the deals:

FREE Money This Christmas

Okay, the title is kinda misleading. Because I'm not really helping you get free money, I'm just telling you how I did! I'm so very excited!
My 4 year old son has been saying for 2 months now that all he wants for Christmas is Handy Manny's Repair Shop. Every time there is a commercial on for it, it tells me (and we watch the Disney Channel, so we see it A LOT anymore!) and every time we go to ANY store he tells me we should buy it then and we went to the mall the other day and he saw that they were setting up Santa's chair and he told me he needed to see Santa so he could tell him that he wanted Handy Manny's Repair Shop for Christmas! He said "Mommy, he HAS to know! I HAVE to tell him!" So, unless I want a disappointed boy on Christmas morning, I was going to have to buy this toy. Have I mentioned that it's $100?!?! Ugh. I mean, even if we hadn't been on such a tight budget because of lack of employment for most of the year, $100 is still A LOT to spend on a toy for a 4 year old! I knew he would really play with it because he almost exclusively only plays with his other Handy Manny toys and fixes everything in the house! We thought about just asking everyone for money for him before Christmas and compiling it all to buy it, then I had a stroke of GENIUS!!
I've told you before about Swagbucks, but let me tell you again! It's a search engine, not unlike Google or Yahoo that gives you bucks (points really, they just call them bucks to be cute!) when you search. You do not get them every time you search, but they do add up. The best way to earn bucks? Refer your friends! If a friend signs up because of your referral, you get a point every time they do, up to 100 points per referral! Most of my points I actually earned myself, but I think I have about 300 points from my friends using Swagbucks! That really helps your total add up! I also added the search bar to my browser so that I don't have to go to Swagbucks.com every time I want to search, it makes it MUCH easier to earn those Bucks!
Okay, I told you that to tell you this: I cashed in my Swagbucks and now have $80 in gift cards to Target! (I've been using Swagbucks for about about 8 months now, so you won't be able to get much before Christmas, but if you start now you will be able to do it next year!) So, Target actually had the Repair Shop on sale online (it works out to be a discount equal to the amount of shipping, basically making it have free shipping) AND has a coupon that is for $10 off the Repair Shop, taking the price down to $90 (after shipping). Just to do the math for you, I'm going to be able to get this highly requested toy for only about $10!!! I told you it was a genius idea! I'm ordering it through Ebates, so I get 3% of my purchase price back (not a lot but you get $5 just for signing up and with the rate that I use Ebay, it really adds up for me!)
So, long story short, my son's Christmas morning will be VERY happy and I couldn't be more thrilled! I just needed to share with you my excitement!
